Archies Ltd Closes Trading Window from 01st April 2026

Archies Ltd has announced the closure of the trading window from 01st April 2026 till 48 hours after the conclusion of the approval of Audited Financial results in the Board meeting. This decision is in accordance with the Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading of the company under SEBI(Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015. The exact date and venue of the Board Meeting for the purpose of considering and approving the Audited Financial Results for the Quarter and Year ended March 31, 2026, will be intimated in due course.
