Archies Ltd announced its Unaudited Financial Results (Standalone) for the Quarter and three months ended June 30, 2026. The board also approved the re-appointment of Mr. Anil Moolchandani as Chairman and Managing Director for two years, subject to shareholder approval. Additionally, Mr. Anil Kumar Verma was appointed as an Additional Non-Executive and Independent Director for five years.
