Arco Leasing Allots 1.06 Cr Shares at ₹10 Each

Arco Leasing Ltd announced the allotment of 10,613,500 equity shares of face value ₹10 each at a price of ₹10 per share. This allotment increases the company's equity share capital to 1,08,53,570 shares. The board meeting also approved the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. Significant management changes were approved, including the change in designation of Mr. Atul Ramshankar Jaiswal to Managing Director, the appointment of Mr. Anshul Sharma as Executive Director and CFO, and the appointment of Mr. Utsav Jasapara as an Additional Director (Non-Executive, Independent Director). The resignation of Mr. Akash Dubey from Managing Director and CFO was also accepted.
