Arco Leasing Appoints Jitesh Kothari as Whole-Time Director & Chairman

Arco Leasing Ltd announced that its shareholders have approved the appointment of Mr. Jitesh Kothari as Whole-Time Director and Chairman for a five-year term effective July 23, 2026. Additionally, Mr. Anshul Sharma has been appointed as Executive Director and Chief Financial Officer for a similar five-year term, effective August 13, 2026. These appointments were confirmed at the Annual General Meeting held on September 30, 2026. Mr. Kothari, a Chartered Accountant with over nine years of experience in audit, taxation, and financial advisory, is not related to any existing directors or KMPs and is not debarred by SEBI. Mr. Sharma's appointment also includes him as a Key Managerial Personnel.
