Atul Jaiswal acquires 36.63% in Arco Leasing via preferential allotment

Atul Ramshankar Jaiswal, a proposed promoter of Arco Leasing Limited, has disclosed the acquisition of 3,974,680 equity shares through a preferential allotment. This transaction, completed on August 13, 2026, significantly increases his holding in the company. Prior to this acquisition, Jaiswal held 150 shares, representing 0.13% of the total share capital. Post-acquisition, his total stake now stands at 3,975,830 equity shares, which constitutes 36.63% of Arco Leasing Limited's total diluted share capital. The disclosure was made under Regulation 29(1) of SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares & Takeovers) Regulations, 2011.
