Arco Leasing Ltd. to Acquire 25.57% Stake from Public Shareholders

Arco Leasing Ltd. has received an intimation of public announcement from JJ IPO Advisors Private Limited, Manager to the Offer, on behalf of Mr. Jitesh Kothari (Acquirer 1) and Mr. Atul Jaiswal (Acquirer 2), for the acquisition of 27,74,970 equity shares representing 25.57% of the expanded voting share capital of Arco Leasing Limited. This acquisition is in compliance with Securities and Exchange Board of India (Substantial Acquisition of Shares and Takeovers) Regulations, 2011 and subsequent amendments. Upon completion of the agreement, the acquirers will gain control over the Target Company and will be classified as the promoters.
