Trading Window for Arco Leasing Ltd to Remain Closed Until After Q4 Results for FY2025-2026

Arco Leasing Ltd has announced that the trading window for dealing in the securities of the company by its designated persons will remain closed from Wednesday, April 1, 2026. This closure is in connection with the finalization and approval of the audited (standalone & consolidated) financial results for the 4th quarter and year ended March 31, 2026. The trading window will be opened 48 hours after the results are declared and disseminated to the stock exchanges. All designated persons, their immediate relatives, and other insiders of the company are advised not to deal in the equity shares of the company during the aforesaid period. The date of the board meeting for consideration and approval of the audited (standalone & consolidated) financial results will be communicated in due course.
