Arcotech Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors is scheduled on 13th February 2026. The meeting will consider and approve the un-audited financial results of the company for the quarter and nine months ended on 31st December 2025. The trading window was closed on 1st January 2026 and will remain closed till 48 hours after the declaration of financial results.
