Arcotech: Trading window closed for Q2 FY27 results

Arcotech Ltd has announced the closure of its trading window for designated persons and their relatives. This closure is in accordance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and the company's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading. The trading window will remain closed from Thursday, October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of the unaudited financial results for the quarter ended September 30, 2026.
