Ardee Industries Closes Trading Window for Insider Trading

Ardee Industries Limited has announced the closure of its trading window for designated persons and their immediate relatives. This closure is effective from August 12, 2026, and will continue until 48 hours after the declaration of the un-audited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. The company will inform the stock exchanges about the board meeting date for approving these results in due course. Additionally, as per SEBI circular, the PAN of designated persons will be frozen for trading in the company's equity shares during this period.
