Ardee Industries Limited has announced the closure of its trading window for Designated Persons and their immediate relatives. The closure is effective from Thursday, October 13, 2026, and will last until 48 hours after the declaration of the Un-Audited Financial Results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026. This measure is in accordance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and the company's Code of Conduct. The date of the Board Meeting for these results will be intimated later.
