Arex Industries Declares Un-audited Q1 FY27 Results

Arex Industries Ltd. announced its un-audited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, following a Board Meeting held on July 29, 2026. The company also approved the Director's Report for the year ended March 31, 2026, and fixed book closure dates from September 17-23, 2026, for the 37th Annual General Meeting (AGM) scheduled for September 23, 2026.
