Arfin India WOS inks MoU with Toyo Denka, JFE Shoji for biz collaboration

Arfin India Limited's wholly-owned subsidiary, Arfin Titanium & Speciality Alloys Limited (ATSAL), has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Japan's Toyo Denka Kogyo Co. Ltd., JFE Shoji Corporation, and JFE Shoji India Pvt. Ltd. The MoU, exchanged on June 17, 2026, aims to establish a strategic business collaboration for the manufacture, supply, distribution, and promotion of "Products and Trade Products." Under the agreement, ATSAL will manufacture products in India with technical support from Toyo Denka, while JFE Shoji entities will coordinate commercial distribution and supply-chain activities. The collaboration seeks to create a reliable long-term supply chain and explore future business opportunities. The initial term of the MoU is one year, with automatic renewals.
