Aries Agro Declares Un-Audited Q1 FY27 Results

Aries Agro Ltd announced its un-audited financial results for the first quarter ended June 30, 2026, both on a standalone and consolidated basis. The Board of Directors approved these results and also decided to convene the Annual General Meeting on September 29, 2026. The record date for the dividend for the financial year 2025-26 has been set as September 22, 2026, with the payment date on or before October 23, 2026. Additionally, the re-appointment of Dr. Rahul Mirchandani as Managing Director and Mr. Nrupang Bhumitra Dholakia as Independent Director were approved, subject to shareholder approval.
