Aries Agro Fixes Record Date for Dividend-2025-26

Aries Agro Ltd announced the fixation of the cut-off/record date for its Dividend-2025-26 as Tuesday, 22nd September 2026. The Board of Directors, in their meeting held on 11th August 2026, approved the un-audited financial results for the first quarter ended 30th June 2026. The company also scheduled its Annual General Meeting for Tuesday, 29th September 2026. Additionally, the re-appointment of Dr. Rahul Mirchandani as Managing Director and Mr. Nrupang Bhumitra Dholakia as Independent Director were approved, subject to shareholder approval. The payment date for the dividend is set on or before Friday, 23rd October 2026.
