Arihant Capital Fixes Record Date for 50% Final Dividend

Arihant Capital Markets Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors has fixed Saturday, September 19, 2026, as the record date to determine eligible shareholders for the payment of a final dividend for FY 2025-26. The proposed dividend is 50%, equivalent to ₹0.50 per equity share of face value ₹1. This dividend is subject to shareholder approval at the 34th Annual General Meeting (AGM) scheduled for Saturday, September 26, 2026. The dividend, if declared, will be paid within 30 days of the AGM conclusion, after applicable tax deductions.
