Arihant Capital Markets Appoints Sanjeev Jain as CFO

Arihant Capital Markets Ltd announced the appointment of Mr. Sanjeev Jain as the new Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of the company. The decision was made by the Board of Directors, following recommendations from the Nomination and Remuneration Committee and approval from the Audit Committee. Mr. Jain's appointment is effective from August 20th, 2026. He brings over 22 years of post-qualification experience in financial reporting, budgeting, treasury, audit, and risk management, with a background in financial services, insurance, manufacturing, and banking sectors. His prior roles include Vice President at Shriram Life Insurance Company and CFO at Universal Cables Limited.
