Arihant Capital Markets Ltd Announces Closure of Trading Window from April 1, 2026

Arihant Capital Markets Ltd has announced the closure of its trading window in accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015. The closure will be effective from April 1, 2026, and will apply to all designated persons and their immediate relatives as defined under the Company’s Code of Conduct. The trading window will reopen 48 hours after the declaration of the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and financial year ending March 31, 2026. All designated persons and their immediate relatives are advised not to trade in the equity shares of the Company during the aforesaid period. The date of the Board Meeting to consider and approve the Audited Financial Results for the said period will be intimated in due course.
