Arihant Foundations & Housing Ltd, a real estate player in Chennai, announced its Q1FY26 results with a significant surge in revenue, pre-sales, and profitability. The company reported a revenue of INR 84.89 crore, a 101.4% YoY increase, driven by robust project execution and healthy sales momentum. Pre-sales reached an all-time high of INR 99.3 crore, up by 142.8% YoY. Quarterly EBITDA and PAT stood at INR 24.19 crore and INR 16.35 crore, representing 36.0% and 71.9% YoY growth, respectively. The company also announced the acquisition of a landmark property and a strategic agreement with the Prestige Group to jointly acquire a prime land parcel in Velachery, Chennai.
