Arihant Institute Ltd to hold 19th AGM on Sep 30, 2026

Arihant Institute Limited has announced that its 19th Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on Wednesday, September 30, 2026, at 11:00 AM at its registered office in Ahmedabad. The company will not recommend any dividend for the financial year ended March 31, 2026, and therefore, no book closure is proposed. The cut-off date for shareholders to be eligible for remote e-voting and participation in the AGM is September 23, 2026. The Annual Report for FY 2025-26, including the AGM notice and audited financial statements, will be sent electronically to shareholders.
