Arihant Superstructures Approves FY26 Results, ₹0.25 Dividend

Arihant Superstructures Ltd's board approved audited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2026. They recommended a final dividend of ₹0.25 per equity share for FY26, subject to member approval. The board also noted the promoter group's voluntary waiver of dividend receipt for FY26, continued with Adroit Corporate Services as RTA, approved related party transactions, and appointed M/s. Anjani Goyal & Co. as Internal Auditor for FY 2026-27.
