Arihant Superstructures Director Resigns

Mr. Pramod Deshpande has resigned as an Independent Director of Arihant Superstructures Ltd, effective October 22, 2026, citing personal reasons and commitments. He will also cease to hold positions as Chairperson of the Nomination Remuneration Committee and a Member of the Audit Committee and Stakeholder Relationship Committee. His resignation also impacts his directorships in several subsidiaries, including Arihant Gruhnirman Private Limited, Arihant Vatika Realty Private Limited, Arihant Aashiyana Private Limited, Dwellcons Private Limited, and Arihant Abode Limited. Mr. Deshpande confirmed no other material reasons exist for his departure.
