Arihant Superstructures Redeems ₹70 Crore NCDs

Arihant Superstructures Ltd has successfully redeemed 70,00,000 Unlisted, Unrated, Secured, Redeemable, Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) - India Real Estate Investment Fund Series - 2. The total redemption amount was ₹70,00,00,000/- (Rupees Seventy Crores). This action was carried out in accordance with the terms of the Debenture Trust Deed dated April 02, 2024. A No Due Certificate from IDBI Trusteeship Services Limited and a No Objection from the Debenture Holder, India Real Estate Investment Fund Series 2 (managed by ICICI Prudential Asset Management Company Limited), have been obtained, confirming the full and final repayment and facilitating the release of associated security.
