Arisinfra signs ₹800 Cr MoU with Capacit'e Infraprojects for material supply

Arisinfra Solutions Ltd has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Capacit'e Infraprojects Limited for the procurement of construction and building materials. The agreement specifies a minimum aggregate value of ₹800 crore for materials supplied by Arisinfra to Capacit'e Infraprojects and its subsidiaries/associates. This domestic purchase order is for a tenure of five years, commencing from the effective date of the MoU. The materials will be utilized for various infrastructure, commercial, and real estate projects undertaken by Capacit'e Infraprojects. The company confirmed that there is no promoter/promoter group interest in the awarding entity, and the transaction does not fall under related party transactions.
