ArisInfra Solutions Approves Joint Venture with JS Infra Projects and Shifts Registered Office

ArisInfra Solutions Ltd. announced the outcome of their Board Meeting held on January 19, 2026. The Board approved the incorporation of a Joint Venture Company (JV Company) with JS Infra Projects, subject to necessary approvals. The JV Company will focus on manufacturing, producing, and distributing asphalt, bitumen, tar products, and allied products, as well as rendering advisory and consultancy services in real estate projects. ArisInfra Solutions will hold 70% of the paid-up share capital of the JV Company. Additionally, the Board approved the shifting of the company's registered office within the local limits of the same city.
