ArisInfra Solutions to Subscribe Shares in Proposed Joint Venture with JS Infra Projects

ArisInfra Solutions Limited has approved the incorporation of a Joint Venture Company with JS Infra Projects. The JV Company, named JS Infra Core Private Limited, will manufacture, produce, process, refine, treat, import, export, buy, sell, supply, distribute and otherwise deal in asphalt, bitumen, tar products, asphalt mixtures, emulsions, roofing felts, road surfacing materials and all allied products and by-products thereof. ArisInfra Solutions will hold 70% of the paid-up share capital of the JV Company. The JV Company will also render advisory and consultancy services in relation to real estate projects / real estate development/ infrastructure projects. The registered office of ArisInfra Solutions Limited will also be shifted within the local limits of the same city.
