ArisInfra's Unitern bags ₹400 Cr GDV project in Kalina
Arisinfra Solutions Ltd's subsidiary, ArisUnitern RE Solutions Private Limited (Unitern), has secured its second Developer-as-a-Service (DaaS) mandate from Transcon Group. The new project, Transcon UNO in Kalina, Mumbai, is a premium commercial redevelopment with a potential Gross Development Value (GDV) of ₹400 Cr and ~1.06 lakh sq ft RERA carpet area. Under an 18-month mandate, Unitern will oversee construction, supply materials via the ARIS platform, and manage sales, marketing, collections, and lender relations. All necessary approvals are in place, enabling immediate commencement of construction and sales. This win boosts Unitern's total DaaS project GDV to over ₹2,500 Cr, slated for execution within the next 30 months, reinforcing the DaaS model's effectiveness.
