Arkade Developers Board Meeting on Oct 28 to Approve Unaudited Financials

Arkade Developers Ltd has announced that its Board of Directors will convene on October 28, 2026, to consider and approve the unaudited financial results for both standalone and consolidated operations for the quarter and half-year ended September 30, 2026. A limited review report will also be presented. Concurrently, the company has closed its trading window from October 1, 2026, which will remain shut for 48 hours post the declaration of these results, in accordance with its Insider Trading Prevention Code.
