Hon'ble NCLT, Mumbai Bench Sanctions Scheme of Arrangement Between Filmistan Private Limited and Arkade Developers Limited

In accordance with Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, this is to inform that the Hon’ble National Company Law Tribunal, Mumbai Bench (‘Hon’ble Tribunal’) on March 16, 2026, pronounced the Order, sanctioning the Scheme of Arrangement between Filmistan Private Limited and Arkade Developers Limited. The Scheme will come into effect from the date of filing of the certified copy of Order with the Registrar of Companies (i.e. the ‘Effective Date’ as per the Scheme). The company will update the exchanges once the Scheme becomes effective.
