Arkade Developers Ltd Receives Order on Scheme of Arrangement with Filmistan Private Limited

Arkade Developers Ltd has received a certified copy of the order on the Scheme of Arrangement between Flimistan Private Limited and Arkade Developers Limited. The scheme, approved by the NCLT, will be effective from 1st August, 2025. Both companies have filed E-Form INC-28 with the ROC. The scheme involves the demerger of Filmistan, a wholly owned subsidiary of Arkade Developers, into Arkade Developers. Filmistan is involved in the manufacturing, production, distribution and exhibition of cinematographic films and pictures, while Arkade Developers is engaged in the redevelopment of existing structures and new development projects including all aspects of real estate development.
