Arkade Developers Limited, a leading real estate developer, has announced its Q1FY25 results with a significant increase in financial metrics. The company's revenue from operations grew by 102.98%, EBIDTA by 319.37%, Profit Before Tax (PBT) by 333.77%, and Profit After Tax (PAT) by 359.51%. The growth is attributed to the robust Indian economy, proactive policies, and strong demand in the luxury housing segment. Arkade Developers successfully launched 'Arkade Views & Vistas', and provided possession of over 380 homes in the last quarter. The company is preparing to launch 'Arkade Rare' in Bhandup West and expanding presence through strategic land acquisitions in MMR.
