Arman Financial Services declares Q2 FY27 results

Arman Financial Services Ltd announced its Unaudited Financial Results (Standalone & Consolidated) for the quarter and half-year ended September 30, 2026. The results were reviewed by the Audit Committee and approved by the Board of Directors on November 04, 2026. The company's statutory auditors, M/s. Laxminiwas & Co, conducted a limited review of these unaudited financial results. Information as required under Regulation 52(4) of SEBI (Listing Obligations & Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, was also provided. The financial statements were prepared in accordance with Indian Accounting Standard 34 'Interim Financial Reporting'.
