Arman Holdings Limited has announced its 44th Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on August 26, 2026, at 10:00 AM IST via Video Conferencing (VC) / Other Audio Visual Means (OAVM). The company has also released its Annual Report for the financial year 2025-2026, which includes the Notice, Board's Report, Corporate Governance report, Management Discussion Analysis, Audited Financial Statements, and Auditors' Reports. The Register of Members and Share Transfer Books will be closed from August 20 to August 26, 2026, inclusive. The cut-off date for determining voting rights for the AGM and e-voting is August 19, 2026. The e-voting period will commence on August 21, 2026, and conclude on August 24, 2026.
