Varigate Advisory Services (P) Ltd, along with Sanjay Otawat, has disclosed the sale of 8,000 equity shares, representing 0.15% of the total share capital, in Arman Holdings Limited. The transaction was conducted via the open market. Following the sale, Varigate Advisory's holding in Arman Holdings has reduced to 1.16% (60,600 shares), and Sanjay Otawat's holding remains at 4.17% (217,500 shares). The total share capital of Arman Holdings remains unchanged at Rs. 5,21,05,000.
