Varigate Advisory Sells Arman Holdings Shares

Varigate Advisory Services (P) Ltd and its PAC, Sanjay Otawat, have disclosed the disposal of equity shares in Arman Holdings Limited. The transaction, conducted via open market, resulted in a decrease in their combined shareholding. Prior to the sale, Varigate Advisory held 1.63% and Sanjay Otawat held 4.17% of the voting capital. After the sale, their holdings reduced to 1.53% and 4.17% respectively. The total share capital of Arman Holdings remains unchanged at ₹5,21,05,000.
