ArMee Infotech Q1 FY27 PAT Up 192% to ₹2.77 Cr

ArMee Infotech Limited announced its unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, reporting a significant increase in profitability. Standalone revenue from operations grew 1.10% YoY to ₹273.27 crore. Standalone EBITDA rose 64.61% to ₹7.72 crore, with margins improving to 2.83%. Standalone Profit After Tax (PAT) surged 191.58% to ₹2.77 crore. On a consolidated basis, EBITDA increased 128.62% to ₹6.95 crore, and PAT turned positive at ₹1.82 crore from a loss in the previous year. The company also highlighted strategic developments including a ₹300 crore IPO, a 250 MW / 500 MWh BESS project award, and the formation of a new renewable energy subsidiary.
