Arnold Holdings Ltd Closes Trading Window for Quarterly Unaudited Financial Results

Arnold Holdings Ltd has announced the closure of the trading window for the declaration of unaudited financial results for the quarter and nine months ended 31122025. The closure is in accordance with the Code of Internal Procedures and Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of trading by insiders. The trading window will remain closed for all directors, officers, designated employees, and immediate relatives from 01 January, 2026 till 48 hours after the announcement of the unaudited financial results. The date of the Board Meeting for the consideration of the financial results will be communicated later.
