Arrow Greentech FY26 Revenue ₹2,005 Mn, PAT ₹474 Mn; Recommends ₹5 Dividend

Arrow Greentech Ltd has released its Annual Report for the Financial Year 2025-26. The report details a year of consolidation with moderated headline numbers, while underlying business fundamentals remain strong. Consolidated revenue stood at ₹2,005 million, a decrease from ₹2,434 million in FY25. Profit After Tax (PAT) was ₹474 million, down from ₹630 million in the previous year, with a PAT margin of approximately 24%. The Board has recommended a dividend of ₹5 per share. The company highlighted significant growth in its green portfolio, with revenue from green products increasing by 52% to ₹369 million, driven by its Watersol® brand and bio-compostable solutions. The company also received the Commercial Innovation Award at the FIPSA Awards for Responsible Packaging 2026 for its Water-Soluble Film technology. Land acquisition at Dahej-II Industrial Estate is planned for scaling the green segment. The 34th Annual General Meeting is scheduled for September 18, 2026.
