Arrowhead Seperation Engineering Ltd Holds 34th AGM, Mrs. Jyoti Mundle Offers Herself for Re-Appointment

Arrowhead Seperation Engineering Ltd, formerly known as Arrowhead Seperation Engineering Pvt Ltd., held its 34th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Thursday, September 11, 2025, at 02:30 PM through Video Conferencing (VC) / Other Audio-Visual Means (OAVM). The meeting was chaired by Mr. Ajit Mundle, Chairperson & Managing Director, and attended by 12 members, inclusive of two directors who are shareholders, and two independent directors. The meeting was held in compliance with the applicable circulars issued by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs and Securities and Exchange Board of India. The Reports of the Statutory Auditors and Secretarial Auditor for the financial year ended 31st March, 2025, did not contain any qualifications, observations, or comments which may have an adverse effect on the functioning of the Company. The facility of Remote e-voting was made available to the members from Sunday, September 07, 2025, to Wednesday, September 10, 2025. The members transacted the following business: 1. Adoption of the Audited Financial Statements of the company for the financial year ended March 31, 2025, and the Ordinary Reports of the Board of Directors and Auditors thereon. 2. Appointment of a director in place of Mrs. Jyoti Mundle, who retires by rotation and being eligible, offers herself for re-appointment.
