Arrowhead Seperation Engineering Ltd has announced the closure of its trading window for dealing in securities of the company. The closure is for designated persons, including their immediate relatives, in accordance with the Company’s Code for prevention of Insider Trading under SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015. The closure will be effective from Wednesday, 1st April, 2026, until 48 hours after the announcement of the Audited Financial Results for the half-year and year ending on 31st March, 2026. The date of the Board Meeting for the consideration and approval of the Financial Results for this period is yet to be communicated.
