Arshiya Ltd Closes Trading Window for Q1 FY27 Results

Arshiya Ltd has announced the closure of its trading window for designated persons and their immediate relatives. This closure is effective from July 1, 2026, and will remain in effect until 48 hours after the declaration of the Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results for the quarter ending June 30, 2026. The company, currently under Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process, will intimate the exact date of the financial results approval in due course.
