ARSS Subsidiary Appoints Avisek Agarwalla as CEO

ARSS Infrastructure Projects Ltd announced that its subsidiary, ARSS Damoh-Hirapur Tolls Private Limited, has appointed Mr. Avisek Agarwalla as its Chief Executive Officer (CEO). The appointment is effective from July 1, 2026. Mr. Agarwalla, aged 29, is a Commerce Graduate with 8 years of experience in manufacturing, operations, and infrastructure project execution, including managing crusher plants and liaising with government departments. This appointment is disclosed as per SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
