Originally intended for the 38th Annual General Meeting (AGM), the closure dates have been revised due to a clerical error. The Register of Members and Share Transfer Books will now remain closed from September 18, 2026, to September 24, 2026, inclusive. This period is for the purpose of the upcoming AGM and the associated e-voting cut-off date. The company has informed BSE Limited about this revision as per SEBI regulations.
