Aruna Hotels Ltd has announced the closure of its trading window for designated persons and their immediate relatives. This closure will be in effect from January 01, 2026 until the expiry of 48 hours after the declaration of un-audited financial results for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2025. The decision is in accordance with the company's 'Code of Conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading by the designated persons and their immediate relatives pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.' The date of the Board Meeting to approve the unaudited financial results will be informed in due course.
