Arunis Abode Ltd. Sells Investment Property for Rs.1,10,00,000 to Divine Chemicals Company

Arunis Abode Ltd. has agreed to sell its investment in property, Unit No.1106, 11 Floor, Hubtown Viva, Hubtown Viva Premises Co. Op. Soc. Ltd., Western Express Highway, Jogeshwari (West), Mumbai - 400 060, Maharashtra, India, to Mrs. Aradhana Maurya, Proprietor of M/s. Divine Chemicals Company. The sale consideration is Rs.1,10,00,000. The Company assures that this sale will not impact its business operations as no business operations were carried out on the Hubtown Property. The registration of the sale transactions and other formalities will be completed in due course.
