Arvind Fashions Ltd has announced its Eleventh Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on August 19, 2026, at 2:30 PM IST via Video Conferencing. The company has also dispatched its Integrated Annual Report for FY 2025-26 to shareholders. Key agenda items include the adoption of audited standalone and consolidated financial statements for FY 2025-26, declaration of a dividend of ₹1.60 per equity share, reappointment of directors Mr. Kulin Sanjay Lalbhai and Mr. Punit Sanjay Lalbhai, and re-appointment of M/s. Deloitte Haskins & Sells as statutory auditors for a five-year term. Additionally, the AGM will seek approval for payment of commission to Non-Executive Directors.
