Arvind Fashions to Acquire 31.25% Stake in Subsidiary Arvind Youth Brands from Flipkart India

Arvind Fashions Limited has announced that it will acquire a 31.25% stake in its subsidiary, Arvind Youth Brands Private Limited, from Flipkart India Private Limited. This acquisition will make Arvind Youth Brands a wholly owned subsidiary of Arvind Fashions. The acquisition is valued at INR 135 Crores and is expected to be completed by 29th December 2025. Arvind Youth Brands is currently engaged in the business of wholesale and retail of apparels and accessories under the brand name ‘Flying Machine’ with a turnover of INR 432.16 Crores for the financial year ended March 31, 2025.
