Arvind incorporates 80% owned subsidiary in UAE for textile trading

Arvind Ltd has announced the incorporation of a new subsidiary company, "Arvind Atelier (FZC)", in the Sharjah Airport International Free Zone (SAIF Zone), U.A.E. The virtual license certificate was obtained, and the subsidiary was officially incorporated on April 20, 2026. This new entity is established to engage in Ready-made Garments Trading and Textile Trading. Arvind Ltd will hold an 80% stake in Arvind Atelier (FZC), subscribing to 80 out of 100 shares, with the investment to be made through cash consideration. The specific cost of subscription is pending.
