Arvind SmartSpaces Acquires 150-Acre Residential Plotted Development Project in Ahmedabad with Rs. 600 Crore Top-Line Potential

Arvind SmartSpaces Limited (ASL) has announced the acquisition of a new residential plotted development project in Ahmedabad, spanning approximately 150 acres with a saleable area of 6.6 million square feet. The project is strategically located in the Sanand-Nalsarovar road, approximately 15 km from Sanand and 30 km from Nalsarovar Lake. The region is known for its proximity to the Nalsarovar Bird Sanctuary and is set for transformative growth, balancing ecological preservation with modern infrastructure. The acquisition is made on an outright basis, and the project has a top-line potential of Rs. 600 crore. This acquisition marks ASL's biggest ever business development year, with a year-to-date (YTD) project addition value of Rs. 4,450 crore.
