Arvind SmartSpaces Acquires New Residential High-Rise Project in Bengaluru with Top-Line Potential of ~ Rs. 860 Crore

Arvind SmartSpaces Limited (ASL), a leading real estate development company, has acquired a new residential high-rise project on Sarjapur Road, Bengaluru. The project, spread across 4.7 acre, has a saleable area of 6.8 lakh sq. ft. and a top-line potential of ~ Rs. 860 crore. The project is acquired on an outright basis and is located in a rapidly developing neighborhood with convenient connectivity to major IT hubs, healthcare facilities, educational institutes, and recreational avenues. This is ASL’s 10th high-rise project in Bengaluru and the second acquisition in Sarjapur. The company has until now added 14 projects across the region with 6 projects having already been delivered and 8 in various stages of development.
